There is a long history in this country of picketing on the street in front of a retail establishment to address issues. There is a bar in Georgia dealing with this tactic right now due to them selling "Curious George" Obama '08 t-shirts.

It doesn't happen to me because I am a fine upstanding ethical business person who is only selling time in UV death ray machines. Picket lines could start forming tomorrow.

Right.... because being a racial redneck waste of a human is the same as openly negotiating pricing on tanning beds that could compromise other sales.

Also if you dont like a particular business, one does not patronize them. So dont shop the "For Sale" section here and there will be no problem.

I never suggested opening negotiating pricing in the forums. The issue is only listing the Asking Price on items?

I am not the problem. The problem is the allowed practice of not requiring the inclusion of an Asking Price in the ads. This is not about me.
