That's odd I'm not a newbie but a seasoned veteran of 16 years. Tell me why is it, not only myself but many others have done it with the advice of a CPA... I can see an attorney if there are multiple investors... but other than that, no attorney needed.
Tell me MO... how are you doing... how's your bottom line are you afraid of slow season?... With your "attorney" and all the business plans and contracts ... has it helped you???? Are you better off than the rest of us? Do you pay your attorney fees or take them out in trade?
All this guy was asking was how to find a good accountant some newbies have a IQ higher than cool whip...

Newbies, Vetrans and Tweeners.... When your mouth or fingers are running you cant listen and learn... Thus you must be a Tweener... a now it all teenager. I visit the sights to just read... and confirm why I dont have time to get all wrapped up in this.
