Golden bronze?

I'm new to tanning! I would love some advice on how to get a golden bronze color to my skin, not necessarily a dark brown. I'm obsessed with model Miranda Kerr's skin, I would love to get that color! She just glows!

How would I go about getting this color? I'd really like to try Designer Skin's 14 Karat Gold, I've heard from one review that the bronzer was pretty on pale skin. I'm not SUPER pale, my skintone is fair-medium, an average tone. But is this an okay lotion for me to start off with since I've never used a tanning lotion before?

And since I don't want to get super dark, just get that golden bronze color, would going once to twice a week be enough? I'd like to add a good self-tanner into my routine as well. Suggestions?

I'd also like a boost from my after tan moisturizer. What would be a good products? Designer's Skin Tangelic sounds really great, but is it also good for dry skin? Any other suggestions for after tanning moisturizers?
