Your right, I have no idea and do not want to be the judge. My beef is:

1. I think it is unprofessional to avoid a confrontation with a customer (it is part of business). The owners’ refusal to contact him is a sign of other issues. IMO

2. Another salon owner stated about a serious time delay in getting info, I feel this backs up the fact that this company may not have it all together right now. My time is money; I need to know what companies are on the ball, and the ones who are not.

I do not know tantracks software from a hole in the ground and do not care. Hey… best of luck to them… merry happy days for both tanman and tantracks to come. Happy Happy, Joy Joy.

I just think that in an open forum, you take every word with a grain of salt. I do not think that banning these types of post will help and may even be counter productive to salon owners.

the thread wasn't banned, it was played out. maybe when it is or isn't resolved they can give us an update with the link to the original thread...... remember the thread is not gone and not forgotten really.
