Ok first Unity you are right I was confused with HP Facial bulbs vs. HP Bed and so no lawsuit for my distributor but realization for me and no I did not pay HP prices ... but luckily we don't tell our customers that are HP beds I just describe them by their names starpower sundome and describe the bulbs which as I have found out are not hp bulbs (but in my uneducated mind I was thinking they were, my fault). So no lawsuit for me either and as for my competition they have 1995 sundash's so they don't say much.

Did the girls explain to her of the other pkg. If so she should pay the upgrade fees. What we do for upgrades we have a bundle pkg. If you buy $25 in bonus bucks we will give you $25 free in bonus buck . They get $50 in bonus bucks for the price of $25. Our upgrades are $5, $7 AND $10 depending on the level you want to go for.

Give her the week for free - big deal. She will probably always tan in that bed from here on out if she thinks it is a better bed. Advantage - she is spending more money. She will also love you for the fact that you did this for her. She may not ever tan anywhere again. Lets say for whatever reason she dont think the other bed is worth it she will probably always tan with you.

You need to look at this as a customers keeping opportunity not a simple transaction. You will find times when you can find a way to keep a person in your salon forever and tell all their friends what a great place your salon is. This may be one of those - use it.

I have a older 50itsh pentacostal, bun on her heAD, no makeup, dress every day, ray of sun shine (first i cant spell and her religion in my mind does matter for this post it does add to the story) nice woman always listens to our time suggestions really just a nice customer, buys lotion (spellbound) me and staff like her. She tans in our second level bed. I got to talking to her last week and she trying to plan out her year (year package or no you know it went up $5) and she mentioned she was tanning for psorisas. So i told her she needed to be in my lower level bed because it carries moe UVB ray and that was what she needed. Yes i will make less money. She smiled and offered to massage my shoulders, i declined. She will never tan anywhere else again. Even if she has to drive across town i will always have her. I cant buy better advertising, you now how honest i look. When poeple ask dont you think she will rave about our salon.

Havent posted in forever i think i almost have my fix.
