Run-time error in Helios

I am a recent new owner of a tanning salon and the previous owner was using Helios. I have all of the sudden run into a runtime error when searching the sales codes.

A few weeks back I went an removed all of the old sales code and did an update of the new. Everything was working fine until today. I entered a few new product codes and when I go back into these codes I either get completely kicked out of Helios or the following Run-time error comes up: '-2147024882(8007000e)": Out of Memory.

I don't think it is out of memory as I removed at least 50 products that were no longer being used and have probably just added 10 more at the most. This is in the screen where you add sales codes. The service codes seem fine, it is the product codes that I am having trouble with and it is not all of the codes just some of them. The confusing thing is it is not just the new codes, but some of the old as well.

Does anyone know how to fix this problem?

Thanks

Re: Run-time error in Helios

Did you run an "compare DB"? Its verifies Helios Database files for integrity.

Also, not sure if you are very familiar with Helios, but you have to delete products codes twice. There is a "sales code" and an "inventory code". So make sure you delete both.

Otherwise call Helios!

And make sure the system has plenty of RAM. Listing the specs of the computer would help. From there I am sure I or Eileen can help.
