Sunlight Gets Good Exposure On NBC Nightly News
Did anyone catch last night’s edition of NBC Nightly News? If you didn’t, you missed something big for our industry. The national news actually aired a news piece about the positive benefits of sunlight. Yes, that’s right; the segment reported that more and more doctors agree that a moderate amount of sun exposure is the key to good health.
Chief Medical Correspondent Robert Bazell, M.D., discussed two recent studies focusing on vitamin D levels and its association with improving heart health and reducing the rates of certain cancers. Michael Holick, M.D. also was interviewed for the segment.
One study revealed that only 10 percent of the study participants had optimal levels of vitamin D in their bodies. The second study concluded that, because many people don’t get enough vitamin D from food or supplements, more sunlight is the answer.

there have been alot of enws about sunlight but now we need to talk about indoor tanning .... but we have to keep it in the news.. weekly throughout march .. thats when THEY really attack US...
