Re: Tantracks is being UNPROFESSIONAL!
And answer a few questions for me TANTRACKS:
If you go under the customers tab and click on the EFT tab, there is a place to enter checking account info...if your setup does not allow for checking account processing, why is it there? And, don't you think that, if you called to purchase the software to process EFT's, that it would also handle checking accounts since they are under the EFT tab in YOUR PORGRAM?? And I will state again, I DID discuss this with Racheal even though your program would make you assume it would...I have been in business long enough to know you don't ASSume anything! Re: Tantracks is being UNPROFESSIONAL!
Small Claims, AG in your state and thiers, The BBB is about useless in a case like this.
IMO, you win this fight hands down. Then the Dongle key issue with another user of this software! Salontouch sent us a replacement (over-night) before we sent ours in! Dump this software and run like ****. You don't need this crap from a vendor. IMO

Re: Tantracks is being UNPROFESSIONAL!
I second HOT's humble opinion. Let's face it, there are some companies in this industry that think the phrase "Taking care of our customers" means giving it to them doggie style. You know who they are, and so do they. In situations like this all you can do is cut your losses and get some new software. Good luck people.

Re: Tantracks is being UNPROFESSIONAL!
Sorry Jimjen, I don't agree. They want to keep some of the money for something they sold me by misrepresenting it. If you bought something in a store because the sales person told you it would work for what you needed and it didn't, would you accept 1/2 the money back and something else you don't want??? I THINK NOT!

Re: Tantracks is being UNPROFESSIONAL!
YES, I could, but about 10-20 members that process via checking do not come in alot and I am afraid they would just say "cancel me" if I contacted them to get the new info. Would you want to lose $300-600 a month because some sales person (not you Samantha) mislead you to buy a program?
