Also, they offered me 50% for something they 100% misrepresented! Would you take the offer?
If I had found that no software compatible with TanTrack allowed me to process EFT's with checking and savings I would consider taking the 50% and using the software. That's why I asked if you found something that did what you wanted to do.

If you've found an alternative then I would agree with you. But it doesn't sound like what you want to do is possible.

Is that the only reason you purchased PC Charge? I bought it because my credit card processor couldn't link directly to TanTrack but I knew that before I purchased the software. It was part of my original purchase. What were you using before PC charge? A standalone CC terminal?

Re: Tantracks is being UNPROFESSIONAL!

I was going to use PC Charge ONLY to process my EFT's. As I stated in previous posts I would have to get credit card info from alot of EFT clients that currently process via checking and savings and some (actually alot) are not regularly tanning right now so I would be afraid that they would just cancel. If even 10 cancelled I would lose $300 a month or $3600 a year in EFT's...I don't think anyone would want that!
And yes I did find a company that is processing my EFT's for me!!

Re: Tantracks is being UNPROFESSIONAL!

Sounds to me like they should refund the money and take the software back. You obviously can't use it. Hopefully, they will do the right thing in the end.

Re: Tantracks is being UNPROFESSIONAL!

Spoke with SAmantha again yesterday and she said that Jeff has not made a desicion still as to if he will hold us responsible for the disputed charge when we do have to renew our tech support. He says we "misunderstood" what Rachel said when we bought the PC Charge...whats to misunderstand, we told her we need the program to process vis credit, checking and savings she said it would. I told Samanthat to tell Jeff that I think he is being EXTREMELY arrogant by not talking directly with me and asked he to ask him if his customers are important enough to him to pick up the phone....I AM STILL WAITING FOR JEFF TO CALL ME!

IMO a responsible owner should be involved with every aspect of thier own business/investment.

Re: Tantracks is being UNPROFESSIONAL!

At this point I would have filled a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Its like you are getting the run around! Not that I am saying *you* should, but I sure would have.

I would have also at this pointed consulted a lawyer or check into a small claims filling.

Re: Tantracks is being UNPROFESSIONAL!

I just don't see why they won't take the return if the software has not been opened. As with any software though, once it's opened there are no returns unless it's defective and then it's for exchange of the same program only from my experience.

It was opened because I was told it would do everything I asked...that was the only way I could find that out. Beacuase I was mislead, I feel they owe me my money back. The program is useless to me and if Raceal from tantracks was honest with me and told me it would not process my checking ETF clients, I would have never bought it!

Re: Tantracks is being UNPROFESSIONAL!

I have contacted CT's attornet general Richard Blumenthal and my own attorney is aware of the issue and is just waiting for me to tell him to start a law suit. I am just wiating to find out what it is going to cost me to switch programs.
