Re: Tantracks is being UNPROFESSIONAL!
It is easier to perform EFT with a credit card # only, this only requires a signed contract from a customer and a card number and credit card machine. We only have a 8 - 12 people on EFT program, PatParadise, IMWW)

Re: Tantracks is being UNPROFESSIONAL!
Yes, but I have about 44 clients that are from checking or savings and many haven't been in, so they would probably cancel if I tried getting new info. I could lose $300-700 a month depending on how many would not give the new info.

Re: Tantracks is being UNPROFESSIONAL!
UPDATE...Samantha called and they reinstated my tech support. I asked her if they would require me to pay back what I disputed when in order to renew it when it comes due again. She asked Jeff and he said he hasn't decided yet...so basically they probably will hold it over my head and I will be in the same boat come September when my tech support is up!

Re: Tantracks is being UNPROFESSIONAL!
Any business can not afford to be "unprofessional" right now. I wonder how many have and will read this thread and decide to not use Tantracks (which sounds like an ice cream flavor). I sure will never consider them.

Re: Tantracks is being UNPROFESSIONAL!
I use Tantrack and although they are certainly "ALL BUSINESS" they have been fair and helpful. They may or may not be dead wrong in this situation - doesn't mean they treat everyone this way.
Hopefully they will resolve the issue. Sounds like they offered half back. I wonder if Tanman continues to use the product? Did he find software that does allow him to process in all the ways he wanted to? Some questions that should be answered before determining if you should or shouldn't do business with them. |

Also, they offered me 50% for something they 100% misrepresented! Would you take the offer? If you have any questions you would like me to answer, you can look back in the posts for my phone # and call me directly!! |
