When I started this I had beds. I took the 4 girls working for me, including the receptionist. I trained them all but evaluated how they sprayed. Only 2 I felt strong enough to allow them to spray. I was there most of the time but I paired the 2 that could with the 2 that couldnt and since they were there, they got $3 on top of the pay for already being at work, cleaning beds, ect.

Thanks for the input, I may have to do the same as you did cali. Couple seem to love it, and one or two .. ... not so much. You should be excited, it is new. Busted my A$$ building room in record time, and she is complaining that "I wasnt hired to do spray tanning, I was hired for bed tanning" GRRRRR gtfo.

up to half a dozen customers and no complaints, so it is a start.

I usually do most of the spray tans, but I trained one of my employees to spray, she does really well and she enjoys it. I pay her $5.00 commission for each spray. We get $30 for a spray tan, so I figure it's only fair to give her a decent bonus to do it. She's also on the clock getting her normal wage.

That is where we will end up, after our BOGO. The prob. child is no more. She did not sho up for a shift last night so my wife went in. Towards the end of the night she came in to tan and was quite suprised to see my wife, who promptly fired the trouble maker. Now everyone is excited about the addition of sunless. In fact all but one of our employees is getting sprayed tonight by either eachother or my wife ( I never get the good jobs, just fixing toilets and such).

We aprayed about 8 paying people since we went live on Monday, good start for the new service.
