It's been a great December how's it going for everyone else? Got very creative with a few things and they did great.

busy december here too. i have already surpassed last years numbers and have a week left. I brought in t-shirts, sweatshirts, candles, and gift cards. The candles are unique. I have been giving out pens w my logo and name on them and sent out holiday cards to my active members, all have seen a great response from my customers.

Matt, what are some of the things you tried this year that are working for you? We are also having a great December.

Am I the only one not feeling a great December? Is there anyone else? Now, this month could have been much worse but I am still trending about 12% lower than LY-->I got creative too and still--> Not what I would like, but then again, is it ever?! LOL

no its all over... business all around sticks... im not complaining becaue im doing OK.. but could always do better

Business is down 15% here from Last December. Im not too happy

That has always been my mentality,even if business is good.Its never good enough.sales are up 10% from last year,so its by no means great but the bills are getting paid on time.

I was suprised today when I look at the #'s. I felt as if we were down but actually we were about even from Dec. 06.

Of course up is better and you can never be UP enough in any biz.
