Tanning numbers for entire year are a few hundred less that 2006 session count of 23,000. Money is up 5% for entire year. Hey we doing better than the big box retailers, PatParadise, (IMWW)

I would guess you are running a high PTA with 23,000 tan's unless you have a huge EFT base?

We have less then ten people on our EFT program. This year our biggest increase in sales has benn in lotion sales, PatParadise, (IMWW)

We have had our best year ever but Dec. has been our our worst since 2000, our first year. It didn't help that we had an ice storm that blacked out half the city for a week.. oh well 1 bad month out of 12 isn't too bad.

good december, up about 200 walk in sessions which is good. Up in sales too.

Year was great, up in total sales 10% and up from 2005, when i took over, 22%.

Down a little November and December from last year. But I've been up the rest of the year!
How do you ever get ahead in this business?
Just when you get your staff looking good, and numbers good, its time to start undoing it all?
I've never worked in a sesonal business before, I guess I'm just a little put out by it.

Well, our December was up 36% over last December. I'm excited for season!!! :) I hope the trend continues!

I could care less. I haven't been open since we got the XBox Elite and Guitar Hero III.
