Looking for feedback on new web-site

I would stay with hi rez, you're always going to have people that don't update but you should go with what the majority of people are going to see properly.

It took me a while to figure out that you had to click the headline to bring up more detailed info. After clicking, the next page that comes up then certainly does not match the quality or style of the home page. Why not just go with a try magazine style site where you flip pages (just like a magazine)? I have seen a few sites with this style and they are pretty **** cool. You might be well served to offer an alternative menu of navigation options at the bottom of the page for those that can't figure out the click thru points. I am a firm believer that simple navigation is very important, sometime developers can make website navigation far too complicated.

I am sure you are not yet done with the site, but there certainly seems to be too little information available. IMHO, potential customers come to learn details of your business, not just the scattered highlights.

I now see that the it just takes awhile for the 2nd page a long time to load, which is a bit unusual. Can you speed that up? I am using high speed and it still takes 10+ seconds.

Yikes! It should load faster than that. Great points, all well taken and will be looked into.

I wanted to stay away from too much info and focus on emotional appeal in the text. (I'm a guy and it is hard to think like a woman, but from what I know they don't care for stats and tech stuff). It could use some tweaking in that area.

So... in the "about us" area, it should have more?

I will be adding a video or slide show of the salon in the "about us" area.
