Re: Body Wraps

So which wrap does everyone prefer?........Formostar or Thermojet?.....and do you have issues with the State regulations?

Re: Body Wraps

dmarie, does this type of wrap require an esthetician to apply it? Alot of states require
them on these type of body wraps.

Re: Body Wraps

We did body wraps for a while we didn’t promote them as a way for inch loss. We used them for skin detoxifying treatments. The Herbal body wraps are incredible for your skin.
The only reason we stopped offering them is the law changed and I can not offer them any more.

Hot Stuff

No this wrap does not need an Esthetician to apply. We are in California, and it took about 6 months to get an answer from the State Board about that. Our Esthetician also offers a different body wrap, but it is not for inch loss. Sorry it took so long to answer.

Re: Body Wraps

We had the formostar when we first opened. We did well with it at first...we promoted it as a detoxify treatment for the most part. It is an item of novelty to be honest. You get people in it one time...and they came they saw and they conquered. You will get a few repeats but not enough to justify the amount of time and clean up it takes after each session, so you will need to advertise on a consistent basis for your wraps to continue to pull new clients in. We ended up getting rid of the formostar and added another tanning unit...Much smarter decision for us...the new unit is generating more money then the formostar. The only good thing about the formostar was that when I was hung over...id come in and use the formostar...all betta baby!

Re: Body Wraps

Body wraps do very well, if ya know how to market them. Unfortunately most ppl give up too soon and do not prosper. :)

Re: Body Wraps

I have Thermojet Plus and LOVE IT! I have been open for about 4 months and have over 300 hours on it. If I didn't have this, I would of never survived JASON. PM if you have any questions.
