**** the wow factor. Tan America beds work great and tan great. All they do is work. No ETS for me.

Not quite what I said. Chances are that the parts you would need would be in inventory for many years. Obviously we want to support our customers and common sense would dictate that we support our customers for as long as possible. I would be happy to give you a tour of our factory and show you our considerable inventory of parts for discontinued bed models.

ETS???? Did you know that the sales people don't tell you their real names? can you trust a company that does that? Also, don't ever take the first price they give you on anything!!!! I needed a part. They told me about $75.00 By the time we were done I paid 30 something. They have everything...yes, but make sure you check around. Guaranteed you will find it cheaper than ETS. Also, unless their customer service has changed...once they sell you the bed???? It's adios you are on your own. I have learned about ETS the very hard way. I will never do business with them.

It is true that some of our Sales Reps use their middle name or make up a name if there was/is already an employee with the same name so as to not confuse our customers with multiple employees with the same first name.
