Intelliten CCSIII not communicating with Suntouch 2000
My PC crashed, had a E Machine changed to a Dell, I know that the com port 1 works, connected a serial mouse to it, but CCSIII does not communicate with Suntouch 2000.
Have settings set in Suntouch to com 1. Any advice would be aprreciated. Thank you, James |

Where did you find a new Dell with a com port?

You do not need drivers for the CCSIII for the Dell to see it. If you are using a USB to Serial converter you will need drivers for that device.
You will need to make sure you have your software is configured to the correct serial port in the computer. Kevin Barrett ADI Tech Support |
