Hello...I'm a salon owner of 4 years, but a newbie to TanTalk...and a complete techotard. I have an Ergoline 400 Advantage that has lost communication with my Intellitan. I can see the bed via my Tan Track software, but unable to send time to the unit. Unfortunately, it's the weekend and I'm unable to reach any technical support help. The bed was installed 2 years ago and I haven't had any communication link issues up to this point. The bed was very busy yesterday and we just lost communication before close last night. I've tried cutting off power and restarting the bed...the bed doesn't indicate any error codes? So, I'm assuming it's a communication link error? Can someone please help me troubleshoot?
