All I have to say is your a mess everyone that tries stuff like that around my neck of the woods ends up closing down cuz I will FLOOD the market and put u out ;P 6 Locations 2 more opening by January ..

hahahaha. lmao. you never going to meet yr 40000 a month goal. be realistic. as far as your place's "dirty" reputation you can't entirely blame that on staff. own up and be the owner. if something is dirty clean it yrself. set a GOOD EXAMPLE for your staff. you will earn more respect by doing the same things you want your employees to do.
