Dude. Dude. Ive dropped out of college TWICE... once for nursing, once for Political Science (loved it but WHERE was I going to work? Dusty, the next Gretta Van Sustren?) Im STILL "intellegent" smart.

haha.. but in business wouldnt you agree that financial intelligence is getting maximum return on investment, with as little investment possible?

Thats the whole THEORY behind our tanning salons isnt it, get the word out, set up, get equipment running, get the staff trained, compensate them well, run promotions every so often and in theory create a passive income source with little actual dedicated time to work but more chosen time to manage.

Well thats the theory behind sponge. Spend your time managing yourself, making yourself the greatest possible partner, work out, be classy and interesting, great in bed, and then save yourself having to do the 9-5 grind, kiss *** to the boss, drive the drive, etc.

And as for me, I do dedicate a lot of time to finding trophy wives, but Ive dated a lot of very smart women who make 5x what I make too. And really smart college/university types. Im all over the place. But what I find is that being in the business I am in, with the exes I've had, and the (heres where AGE DOES matter) 23 year old hormone levels, I do compare my girls to the hottest ones I have had. and end up always dis satisfied. Im sure I will seek out a more "normal" but "extraordinary personality" as I get a little older and wish to "settle down" but at this point... WHY? Im having too much fun, and whenever I confide in female clients, friends, and associates, they all validate this idea.
