Wolff 28 Xpower Tanning Bed For Sale

I have a Wolff 28 Xpower Commercial Tanning Bed For Sale. This bed is only 2 years old and is in excellant condition. The lamps have less than 200 hours on them and the bed itself only has about 800 hours on it. It also come with a buck booster. I have bought a mid pressure bed to replace it. I am asking $2500 but I would negociate. I also need to get some advice about the bed I bought. I cannot get the shoulder tanner to come on. We have repalced the starters and the relay switch. When you hit the button to turn them on you can hear the relay switch click in the box but it just won't come on any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks
