ive seen about 5-6 in my area in last 2 months. i know of only 1 that actually sold and im trying to by 1 of the other ones......some of you may remember my comp that moved into another state(ONLY 15-20 MINUTES AWAY) because his lease doubled......well hes now 4 sale in the new area already! LASTED 1 SEASON

the salon im looking at was priced at 58k then droped to 53k then 45k i offered a generous 30k and was told he turned down a 38k offer. i guess ill have 2 wait till the newbie who pays 45k goes belly up then pay 20k LOL
