I've used cheaptickets.com and travelocity.com for airfare and hotels. Also hotels.com can get you a good deal. Staying on Disney Property can be really expensive, just be careful b/c sometimes you can get a much better deal buying it separately rather than a big Disney package.

Staying on Disney property is the best.
No need for a rental car for one thing.

Hey Mikeytan...
Go to allears.net and you can look around the site for links that will get you some of the best deals. We went last year and did a house rental that was like 5 minutes from the gate. It was better for us because our kids are too young to spend the whole day in the park and we had all the convienence of home plus the private pool at the house. Anyway that site will list all the places that you can pick up special prices and such. You can PM me if you have any ?'s that I can help with.

I agree... staying on property is more $$ but then you dont have to rent a car... you just monorail it. My parents took us when we were young and we stayed at the Grand Floridian. When I had kids we started to price it and I was like lets stay there... I dont know how my parents afforded that trip. Maybe thats why we only went once.

If you want a budget type hotel you can stay at one of Disney's value hotels.
We've stayed at several different levels and were happy with all of them. They have their own bus service as well as boats and the mono rail.
