Premixed Tanning Lotion Base

Hiya. I am new here, and coming from the Nutritional Supplement Industry. I have a formula (actives) for a decent stretch mark/scar reducing protectant tanning lotion, and I am interested in a premanufactured base that I can add my ingredients to.

If anyone knows of a source, please PM me or post here?

They have some decent formulas. If they will sell in bulk, then that is exactly what I am looking for.

As a quick follow-up (and ongoing feedback), Red Lime was extremely fast with their response, and it appears their custom blends are very diverse. I am preparing a few formulas for them to quote on, so I will post again regarding prices.
