It lost me two sentences in but after reading it again, it seems its a article about a salon in long beach California that offers airbrush "sunless" tanning for those who feel the sun is evil.
Those silly weirdos in California...Don't they know its not the sun they need to worry about but the earthquakes making the state slide into the ocean?

It's weird writing fersure, but read it carefully, I think they are condemning the sunscare coalition in their weird little way.
