No. That would be someone completely different.

Neon's name is John, though.

That would make a good urban legend. Almost as good as the one about the people frying from the inside out. Didn't happen.

Consider. A nice big 5000W tanning bed. Unrealisticaly expensive Kwh cost of $0.20 per Kwh. 1 hour total use per day. Total monthly Kwh added because of bed = 5 kwh *30 = 150 Kwh. Total monthyly cost = 150 Kwh * 0.20 $/Kwh = $30.00

So for a normal residential cost of about $0.10 per Kwh, a large home bed would require about 30 people using the bed for 30 minutes every day to add $200.00 to an electric bill. Your friend had a nice story though. Even though it's not quite worthy of Mythbusters, if it was, it would be Busted.

Or were you just being funny, with the LMAO, and all?

Re: Question about tanning bed to be used in home.

I got your urban ledgend. I was 17 and did not audit their bill. The facts are the mother spent the money to get the bed and after ONE bill said screw it and sold it. You do the math.

Re: Question about tanning bed to be used in home.

LOL, I thought I just did.

Maybe they forgot to turn the bed off, or, the mother figured that'd be as good of an excuse to reconsider the tanning bed purchase as any. I mean, apparently your friend fell for it.

Oh well, who cares anyway. I think it's funny though. Gullable 17 year olds.

Yes, your Discovery Channel skills amaze me. Perhaps a little less CSI and a little more humor in your diet wouldnt make you sound so pretentious.
