Depending on what lotions you carry, the manufacturers will give you information and trainings. Go to their websites and just check the net on lotion training/selling techniques etc. IMO though, you either have it or you dont' when it comes to selling. I know right away if an employee is going to work out in that department.

If you open at 7am, and close at 10pm, 7 days a week, you should average between 70 and 150 sessions per day. How many are you doing right now?

Seems it totally depends on your area in terms of types of tanners. In other words, if your in a college area and/or a few high schools i'd say you'll tan more people but might not make as many $$$$$$'s. Hard to figure "how many" tans you should do. We were def. down this year.
