Be very careful about Solei Systems. It is another Paul Spivak company which includes ITS and Light Therapy Systems. He's a smart guy but his business ethics are questionable IMO.

I was briefly a distributor for less than two months when the company didn't follow through on advertising, pricing and product information they were to supply to their distributors. I invested my life savings in this man's ideas and promises, but after confronting Mr. Spivak about not receiving the support and help we as distributors were promised - he not only stopped taking my calls, stopped sending me ANY product information or brochures as promised and then refused to refund my investment which is close to $20K! Sadly, there is now legal action being taken.

I have learned now of several distributors and business relationships that he has had that were severed in the past.

Am I disgrunted? Yes. Spivak takes great priding in being ethical yet he has handled my situation (and others) in a totally unprofessional manner. You may like his products, but I would not invest in his company without having an attorney involved in any agreement you make with this man.

Yet earlier you said that you were *just looking* at the Solei LED chair (see below):

Call me stupid but I'm a bit confused here....either you already bought one in the week or two after you posted on 4/05 that you were looking for advice or you are with the manufacturer - Solei Systems? Just curious because I'd like to learn more about how it works for people. Would you clarify?

How much is it? Lumiere is a bit overpriced for LED lights.

No, I do not work for the company, I bought a machine from the California distributor Erik, after doing plenty of research. We had alot of interest from our clients about light therapy and really wanted to move on a product. It was delivered within several days of placing the order. We chose the Solei Light Therapy Chair not only because of the price but it does skin rejuvination and acne therapy with the flip if a switch.. I would be happy to explain how it works or I can refer you to Erik. If you have any questions please PM me!!

Thank you for explaining. I am new here and merely was looking for clarity in order to learn. I believe it's clear that I have never implied that the equipment itself is anything less than represented by the company. I think it's excellent that you're getting such fabulous results in only two or three weeks of using it ... are you recommending the 6 week treatment to your customers?

Wishing you all the best with your new machine - keep us posted because most of the distributors that I have spoken to tell me they have not yet been able to sell one and we had all been hoping to get references from existing clients.

I'm also curious as to whether you using it in a Tanning Salon or Spa?
