I ahve two perfect Sun 28_2F beds (220V) anyone know what voltage range requires a buck booster? My lamps went crazy after 21 hours of operation, the supplier I bought the beds from sent an electrician out and h said I was in range, yet ETS distruibutor says it was "probably" caused by voltage poblems? Thanks for your help :)

Re: burtsr
The electrician from Rec Warehouse where I purchased the beds from has determined I have a set of bad bulbs in both beds I purchased 6 weeks ago. The gas is floating back and forth in each buld and they are flickering on and off. Now ETS wants to send their own tech out (They cannot give me a date when he will come!!). The first guy I talked with at ETS / distributor told me the bulbs had a 30 day warranty. I told him my warranty says 90..then he says, "Let me put my glasses on...you are right." The guy I talked with later that afternoon (ETS) told me the 2007 beds have only a 30 day warranty. I advised him my bed had DECEMBER 2006 on the serial tag. He replied to me that does not matter because the serial number is a 2007 serail number. Then I asked him why the warranty that came with the beds says 90 days on the bulbs. So you get the drift...ETS is doing a great dog and pony show, not wanting to honor the warranty. And a great caution if you own a business, I have customers walking away and ETS could care less.
