We're open everyday of the year and never have to "make" anyone work any of the stores. Plenty of volunteers for overtime pay.

"overtime" ha none of my employees work enough to qualify besides they get free tanning and tons of lotion thats your overtime pay!! LOL Seriously though If I were to be open I would offer a bonus to anyone who worked but I am closed :)

You'd be surprised how many people have no family or what family they have lives far away. We are always busy on the holidays just like the holidays are the busiest days of the year for movie theaters.

Not knocking anyone who closes, I just don't understand the reasoning.
