It's a beauty, not many of we salon owners have one I wouldn't think.

do they actually work?? I just need touch up for my old acne time to time when the weathers crappy out.

go to a tanning salon, some have just face units, i used to hav eone. Its for sale if u want it!

I have a facial tanner that I bought and the only problem with it is that they put out high amounts of UVB (reddening rays). The first time I used it, I burned my face. Max time is 10 min on mine and I used it for 5 min and I looked like a plum the next several days.
