I have (7) tanning beds a Spray tan unit & airbrushing plus an extensive line of bathing suits, etc. Your operating cost sound out of whack for that size salon. I would consider other sources of revenue to supplement your overhead or consider bringing your overhead down.

I opened a 20 bed salon with spray booth and a room for spray by hand. Cost me way too much and I did the build out my self. I'm in my 1st year. there is alot of advice here. Listen to SOME of them. Lending money to family is tough. Lend them 10 or 15K if you have it on hand. but dont take the 25% or take 25% of that 4k salary. I havent paid myself yet and the friggin irs says i have to but they are not here and dont pay my bills. Thank you george bush... I digress... help your familly but in the end the choice is your. where is the 60k going wont that pay down the lease or interest, or is that just going to past due bills. also I agree on the manager salerie to someone who is splitting the larger percentage of profits just sounds wrong.
