Used: 2003 Suncapsule Cyclone 200W 1000 hrs $5500. 2003 Matrix with new acrylics, bulbs, cover, etc. $16,000. Beautiful bed from Sunsally. Three new Sportarredo Holidays, 1 KBL 3500, 1 Sportarredo Blue Moon. Built and wired 10 total rooms for expansion. Remaining rooms roughed in with AWG6 to handle up to level 3. Existing was 400 amp three phase. Rough in was $6600. Expecting additional $2000-$2500 before it is finished. Existing was 3 tons HVAC great condition. Added new 5 ton for $11,880. Carpet $3100 (I know carpet not ideal but best option for me right now). Drop ceiling $2400. Rent $21,000 a year. What else would you like to know?

lemme do math -- total build out cost looks like -- roughly 30 k correct?
I trust sunsally on equipment and mix so I don't think you are screwed or anything -- but, do I think you will see even 1 penny over 110k this 1st YEAR of business or even the second no, not really -- this leaves leaves me with the option of saying good luck with that. I do have to remind the readers of this fascinating thread -- the original topic was: 60 thousand dollars buys you 25% of a tanning salon with your family -- is it a good investment? DEAL OR NO DEAL! -- yep i can hear the sharks circling that 150k the sister in - law has budgeted for new equipment.

I'm sure I could never convince you but if you worked as hard as I do Neon you wouldn't be "scraping by with a tanning salon as your only source of income". Again, as you state it not me!
