A solid plan is fine, just plan on changing the solid plan once you get into it, never works out how you planned. Hasn't for us anyway, not that thats a bad thing, just saying.

What amazes me in here is the assumptions that are made. Starting with initial investment. The "realisitic 5% return of investment! LMAO! How can you possibly predict what every new salon is going to do?

I can be in MD in about 3 minutes. Only real competition is MD. Not that the tax is much but DE also a competitive edge over MD. No sales tax!
