The cousin or uncle was feeding it to him it was on CNN I'm trying to find the story on line but can't find it. It showed the 2 year old smoking a joint and then stumbling. I think execution for the person giving the 2 year old pot would be correct.

Yep it was actually two toddlers who were coaxed by a teenage uncle and his friend. Sick!

What about the mom who left her kids with these guys? She is just as bad. This guy only got caught because the police found a video while looking for something else.

Man my babies slept for 20 hours today. That seem normal.
