Miss BooBop I am only posting what I know. What has happened so far is total tragedy and very "WORST" customer service I have seen. We are only here to try to figure out the facts I am the messenger passing along a message that is it.

I would be careful...they no longer have any big beds (the Diva line) and they have only been open 4 days a week for as long as I can remember??? I love their beds and have many of them, but you never know these days with the economy!!
I am not saying I know anything, but I would be sceptical of all companies and be careful laying out a large amout of money without proof that beds are being shipped!

I STAND MUTE . I OWE JOHN at URI a huge apology JOHN HAS BEDS THAT WILL TAN AS GOOD AND THAT ARE ALL METAL. AND FROM WHAT I see a very good company . this bed could replace a puretan bed all day. thank god i got my beds on time from puretan . I WANTED TO BUY johns sunsource beds but did not because my salons all have puretan. but i did see and the contruction of the beds and the out put this bed is a good replacement for puretan IMHO. but I ALSO dont think brandon howell screwed any one on purpose he was and employe doing a job. He did not know what his boss was up two. when he figured this out he put in his two weeks. puretan has not officialy shut down yet but it will. employes are afraid to go to work because of the threatning for calls. I DONT BLAME THEM. but hope fully some of you guys get your money back. good luck

Wow. I didn't think about the fact that the beds all have lifetime warrenty's on the fame, and where will people with puretan beds be able to get parts for thier beds???
