Tan track software

Is anyone currently using tan track? I switched from helios and can't figure out how to set minutes. After client purchases minutes and I go to send time to bed, each minute is in a line of it's own. I don't know how to select all minutes and if i choose one it is obvioulsy for 1 minute only. When I make sales code I clicked minutes tab verses sessions, and chose 1 minute in the package. Did I just make sense? Anyways if anyone out there knows what I am talking about please respond. I am switching from sessions to minutes and can't ring anyone in!

Re: Tan track software

I use currently use it, but not the minutes aspect. Do you have tech support? If not, its a good idea to get it and call them, they can help you with it.

Re: Tan track software

You "upgraded" to Tantrack but then "downgraded" to minutes?

Re: Tan track software

I am the only one in my city charging sessions, clients hate it! There are at least 14 places that offer tanning in my city and they all do minutes, when my tanning prices are by sessions people freak when they see the price. We have been open 1.5 years and are finding it very difficult to make clients pay for there full price when they don't use full time! We have ergoline equipment and generally our tans are more than others.

Re: Tan track software

If you must sell minutes at least figure out how many minutes have historically been used per session per bed and price your minutes to get the same price you do now.

Re: Tan track software

it sounds like you are selling minutes 1 at a time instead of a package of say 60. When you go to tan someone, only 1 min will show available. You have to do one of 2 things - sell bigger packages of minutes or under the customer, go into packages and edit the package to combine the number of minutes they have (make sense?) Ex. instead of having 6 1 minute packages, you would make one of them 6 min and the rest 0...not going to be easy to do it this way for you at all. I recommend the larger packages.

Re: Tan track software

yes you are right, we are selling large packages with mins 50, 100, 200 etc. but also have the option for walk ins to pay for what they want that day. Thanks for your suggestion, have been waiting for someone like you to reply!

Re: Tan track software

I am glad it helped you out! How about having a "minimum" that they buy - example of a 12 min pkg representing the minutes of 1 session that they can break up if really necessary.....that way you at least get the money of one session whether they come back or not.
