there is not one person on this forum that hasn't said something about another salon either lowballing them, or a million other things...No names of the salons are mentioned so I don't see what is slanderous about her post.

What the **** are you talking about. Its called freedom of speech, if I see something as something, i'm going to call it as I see it. Everyone in this **** country is sue happy, lets sue over this and that. Its all ridiculous. You're acting like everyone on here is slamming everyone, get over it

Years ago a lady went and bought coffee from a famous restaurant and spilled it and it ended up in lawsuit where she won a substantial amount of money. Several lawsuits followed that and people thought they would make some money the quick and easy way. The days of the court system and lawyers taking on lawsuits that hold no merit are over with. It gets annoying when people say they are going to meet with their lawyer and are going to sue someone. If I hit you over the head with a hammer and do bodily harm to you by all means go meet with your lawyer and sue me. If I say someone in my town is low balling the tanning Industry with selling 100 minutes for 10 dollars take that as a comment or opinion from another person.

When people are upset, the first thing they do is threaten attorney's. Once they cool down, most rational people let it go and just move on. I'm not saying anyone is sueing anyone here! People work hard for what they get and you gotta understand that everyone is trying their best to survive and things like the way this thread has turned doesn't do Business Owners any good.

Comments like your not a TRUE SALON owner unless your strictly tanning. It's just dumb the way this thread has turned and offended people that have worked so hard for what they have.

I remember that Matt... I also remember one lady sued a candy company b/c the particular candy she was eating should have had nuts, well she popped one in her mouth and "bit harder" b/c she thought there would be a nut in there and there wasn't. Sued them for a broken tooth and pain and suffering. oooook
