We have a father/daughter owned barbershop/beauty shop here in town that has two tanning beds in the back of the shop.....their everyday pricing is 100 minutes for $10! I have had sooooo many people come in lately wanting me to price match....like that is gonna happen! Argggggh!

I think this is the post in question. I don't see her being slanderous to them. You just happen to know that they are in this location and know the other party. I'm sure you mentioned another persons salon low balling the market or doing something that you thought was out of line also. Now if they have attorney who would handle such a claim then he obviously made it through law school in some strange manner or has really way to much time on his hands and is hungry for a dollar to look into something that will go absoletly no where.

I agree, no names were mentioned, I called one of the salons here in town a flea market? Did i just slam them to where they are going to sue me? no, thats dumb. Now in my eyes if you were naming names of salons and saying things that were untrue, that could constitute slander.
