Top 250 Salons Snubs Delaware

Delaware has a some very nice salons including ours. They don't even acknowledge that Delaware exists! In their list of regions I don't see Delaware...we may be small but we were still the first state! lol

Delaware was one of the original Thirteen Colonies and is known as the "First State", officially referring to the fact that it was the first to ratify the United States Constitution [5]. Even though the states were already known as such prior to the Constitution, the motto itself is still historically accurate, as Delaware was indeed the first state to ratify the Articles of Confederation, the first legal document establishing the new American political entities as "states".

Wheres delaware????...lol...Who says what salons a worthy of the top???Do you have to belong to some form of group or get your certs from a certain place??
