Client names

Is it just me, or do any of you also have lots of clients with the same dang last name, and you have to scroll down for ever to find them in Helios or whatever?

grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

They all just use Smith or Jones because they don't want you to know their real name

dunno bout Helios Neon, but in tantrack you can eneter the last name, then highlight the first letter of the first name and put the correct letter then, hence not having to scroll....

yeah def neon. Helios is very spelling picky if that makes sense. You filp flop one letter and your screwed!

u can type in the full last name, no first name and last name, only first or last

so if you enter... smith, Karen it won't let you put the K in??

You can enter the last name in the feild, or the first name in the first name field, but not in both.
