Orange from Lamps or Lotion????? - Page 3

I have noticed some people, who don't really slough off their dead skin with a loofah or scrub lotion, will get an orangish tint from bronzer build up....cheap or expensive bronzer. Anyone else seen this?

I've noticed the sunstar 432 turns me a nasty orange color if I use it too much. I dont even touch bronzers.

Hmmm bad lamps = orange? not sure about that but I do know that if I use a bronzer I will turn orange.. I guess it doesn't suit my skin type so I just stay away from bronzers.

nigel I dont use bronzers either, I think the orange would be an overload of DHA in the bronzers? too much bronzers I say. Not chepo lamps. I think chepo lamps will result in more of a reddish tan, the bronzer overload dosent help

seems like a bad bronzer or over doing the bronzers....personally I don't tan very dark so I like a bronzer, some lotion companies turn me orangy, DS is the worst about givign me an orange glow....Fiji gives me a nice boost, but never orange....so I think it has alot to do with different skin types

Yikes, Kerry. Where does he tan???

But I have seen people tan and be orange and they haven't used lotion with bronzers.
?????? I will figure it our one of these dayz.

Just a thought and I quickly read through comments, but the lady that is horribly orange, I haven't read anywhere that she possibly might do a Sunless service along with tanning beds?

Food for thought?

She could also be taking carotene products. They are suppose to be good for the skin and hair Just a though.
