the point thing helps you take in less calories... it really is no money loss, i got all of mine from websites that people have put up to help others. i haven't done it by the book though. i just looked at some of the things that i have eaten and added the points... i have not eaten at BAJA FRESH since reading how much points their stuff has! months... and that was one of my favorite place to eat!

PC... WOW... 100 pounds!!! that is wild! i know you have mentioned weight loss before and i looked at your picture and thought HUH??? you are so teeny tiny and beautiful!!!

Re: Weight Watchers

The days you eat less and workout more you gain muscle which weighs more then fat. I very rarely get on a scale. lol

Re: Weight Watchers

Weight Watchers is the easiest plan I have ever tried... I did it online... bought the books too for the salon, but its sooo easy... You can still eat what you want, you just count the pts for it... I did well on it cause I didn't have to deprive myself of anything....

Re: Weight Watchers

Tonya last year I lost 40 plus lbs. doing the weight watchers online. I loved it. The point thing is very easy after a few days. Almost everything I consume now I can tell you how many points it has. So you can make it a lifestyle very easy and work with the system forever. I loved it b/c you can eat whatever you want and drink whatever you want it just costs you points, you leran to save up points during the week if you know Friday night you're going out to dinner. Right now I believe you get your first week free with the weight watchers online. Go check it out!!!
