**** no I don't pay these girls commission. Our minimum wage in Missouri just went from $5.15 to $6.50...I can't afford to pay them any more than the 6.50 and only one girl is really worthy of the 6.50 anyhow! LOL! I am telling you...I am at my wits end with these girls! I am tired of picking up their slack...the job isn't that hard!

I don't mean to sound like the ***** boss, but one of my employees (as you know) is my brothers girlfriend and she is the worst. I really want her gone, but I am not prepared to screw up the family over a stinking minimum wage job....I'll just continue constantly chewing her ***. Last week the alarm company called at 10pm to tell me the alarm was going off on the west door (a door we NEVER open)....she opened it and didn't lock it, therefore, the wind blew it open after we had closed setting the alarm off! I was ******! They don't know how hormonal us pregnant women can be! I wanted to stab her in the eye with a fork! LOL!

no crap...and all the employees whine about getting to go to the Heartland seminar. I don't want any of them tagging along. The only reason they want to go anyhow is for free crap....they don't listen to the important info!!!

I know you are right. The only issue I have with newbies is training them. Not only is our busy season already in full force, but at least these losers know how to run the salon (whether they do a good job or not). With me being pregnant, I don't know if I can handle the stress of new employees (it actually could be worse than shitty employees!LOL!). Once the summer hits...I probably will get rid of them and run the salon by myself until the fall semester. Then I'll hire new girls.
