Re: Need advise on possible purchase of existing salon
Do any of you know what the cost of this equipment I listed is new, so I can figure out what it is worth now. Also, what are your opinions on getting a salon where previous to her had a bad rep. She has grown the base to 1100 in 20 months which doesn't seem great but again they don't really advertise and the owner is not there. What are your thoughts?
Thanks Michelle |

Re: Need advise on possible purchase of existing salon
The value of the equipment is one of the last things you have to worry about right now. It's value in this saturated market of used equipment is worth only what one is willing to pay.
Your concerns right now should only be about knowing if the market can support the salon and if the leased space can support a mix of equipment that will help to ensure profitability. |
