PS CHECK THE ELECTRICAL .....i noticed youd like to add HP if you purchase.

electrical is a big part in any salon.....almost the biggest

also check AC.

Ok. I guess I will have to wait until I go in tom to get the statements. Do you have any idea what the equipment is worth. I figured around 55,000. Am I way off?
