I raised prices a couple of yrs ago because of hydro and gas going up, we put a note on the counter explaining why we had to make an increase and my clients were great about it, they understand how greedy the corporate world is.

I'm not sure how you have your packages set up but you could always switch to an opposite system which would have the increases and the customer may not notice. For instance, if you sell session packages you could switch to a points system where they purchase X amount of points and each level of bed is a different amount of points to use. If you already have the points system, switch to the session packages etc.........it may help to "hide" the price increases and cause less of a hassle.........you are definitely increasing prices anyway, why not make it a little easier on yourself.
