Ephedra will kill ya
I took it in college, ended up in hospital with cardiac arrest. Horrible stuff lol I lost all my weight the old fashioned way, diet and exercise. But trust me, i've tried every pill on the market.

I have taken ephedra for yearsssssss. But yes it can be bad for certain people.
moderation is key. And don't listen to me anyway .... I am the lazy one who always cheats when it comes to wieght lose remember...

Yeah with Ephedra it basically keeps you from eating imo. It speeds up everything in your body to where it drastically curbs your appetite.

*grumbles and mumbles at mali because she eats fudgems all day*

I ordered fudgems last night, they where gross. which is good, now i will stop ordering them for awhile......pifffft.

I have moved on now that I lost my fudgems to cookie dough... the kind already mixed in your refiegarator section.... never lets me down.
