Exclamation Better then sex!!!!!!

HaHa got your attention!!

"Stolen" fom another site, but hey...were all in this together right!

It is ridiculous that no one ever gives the other, positive side of either tanning bed or sunlight exposure. Both reduce pain and produce vast quantities of vitamin D that have been proven to reduce breast, prostate, colon and 23 other major cancers and dramatically lessen the risk of MS, osteoporosis, arthritis, heart disease and numerous others. Recent research show that UVB light (one type or light emitted by both the sun and tanning beds) may also be the key to totally obliterating influenza and the common cold and giving relief to asthmatics.

UVB does not cause melanoma; in fact, it reduces melanoma unless the participant burns himself/herself. Proper nutrition can also profoundly reduce the risk of both common skin cancers and melanoma.

Becca felt good because UVB raises endorphins and vitamin D levels. High endorphins are good! As Becca said, she feels good; tanning beds and sunlight exposure deamatically reduce depression! That result is good, not bad; however, every day was probably too much. In my opinion, people should use tanning beds about two or three times weekly to keep vitamin D levels high; like anything else, too much of a good thing can cause harm. THE KEY IS MODERATE EXPOSURE WITHOUT BURNING!

I have meticulously researched sunlight and tanning bed exposure and written a book with 650 corroborating medical studies. Studies from Harvard University show that lack of UVB light is costing the lives of 85,500 men per year, and that is just one of many diseases prevented or inhibited by UVB. Lack of sunlight probably kills more people in two or three years than all the wars in the history of the world. Common skin cancer, on the other hand, kills almost no one, and melanoma kills about 7,910 people yearly. Melanoma risk is reduced 14-33% by regular exposure to UVB. The powers of darkness have made UVB from sunlight and tanning beds Public Enemy #1, and it is one of the most egregious frauds ever perpetrated on the American public! If tanning beds result in addiction, thank God for the addiction! Read the truth: SOLAR POWER FOR OPTIMAL HEALTH is my new book. It will be in distribution shortly.

By the way, I have no financial ties to the tanning bed industry or any other industry that promotes sunlight or tanning-bed use.

Sincerely,

Marc Sorenson, EdD
