Unhappy Puretan Cal. 36 Heat Issues

Has anyone ever reversed the fans in a Puretan Cal. 36? I have a customer that has extreme heat issues on the 3 that he owns and they are at different locations. The acrylics seem to melt by the head end where the pillow is on the bench and also right by the cathode on the lamps on the facial end of the canopy. The bed is designed where the fans blow in and push the heat out the side vents. I really looked at this close and the way the bed is built, it is not closed off enough to push the heat out the end caps. Just wondering if anyone else have had this issue. Thanks,

Re: Puretan Cal. 36 Heat Issues

Yes, this bed is like some of the ETS beds that the fans blow in and push the heat out the end caps. I see this alot with many beds but these suck as far as how they are made to get the heat out. I'd hate to reverse them for the customer and it really get hot. I may try though. Thanks for the input.
